Born on November 24, 1989, Quentin Amos was raised in the small town of Zephyrhills, FL. With a deep-rooted passion for helping others, Quentin established Clear Solutions Insurance in 2024, driven by his mission to educate and empower individuals in navigating the complex landscape of insurance. Quentin's journey in the insurance industry began eight years ago, fueled by a desire to make a positive impact in people's lives. Growing up in a military family, he learned discipline and perseverance through taekwondo, achieving a black belt and cultivating the drive for success that defines his professional ethos. Welcome! My name is Sierra Martin, and I am the Chief Operating Officer here. I am a devoted wife and a proud mother of four—two girls and two boys, ages 11, 10, 8, and 4. My children keep me busy, and I take great joy in my role as a soccer mom and rancher! Our family has the joy of living on 27 beautiful acres in Tennessee, where we care for a variety of animals including longhorns, goats, pigs, bunnies, and horses, along with a delightful assortment of chickens and ducks.

My career in insurance began almost three years ago after spending most of my life as a funeral director in Las Vegas, NV. I transitioned into the insurance industry to follow my passion for helping people while also maintaining the ability to focus on my family. Tavis Martin is the Chief Compliance Officer at Clear Solutions Inc. He was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is a devoted husband and father of four.

Tavis developed strong leadership and teamwork skills early in life through athletics, participating in organized sports from a young age through high school, where he served as a team captain. He later continued to build leadership experience by coaching student-athletes from middle school through varsity levels.

Prior to relocating his family to Tennessee, Tavis worked as a Project Manager and Superintendent, overseeing teams of more than 30 employees in continuous, 24/7 operations. This role strengthened his ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex operations, and consistently achieve organizational objectives.

Tavis began his career in the insurance industry as a Life Insurance Agent, specializing in assisting veterans. He now serves in a compliance leadership role, ensuring agents adhere to current regulatory standards and best practices. Through his work, he is committed to maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and quality to deliver an exceptional experience for agents and clients partnering with Clear Solutions Inc.
